      TO PREPARE

      PAN FRY
      Michael P suggests pan-frying on medium heat with your favorite oil*. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes to achieve a dark golden color and crunchy bite.

      GRILL
      To grill, first rub patty with oil and, then place on grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes without moving, and then flip and cook the other side.

      BAKE
      To bake, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rub patty with oil, and then bake for 10 minutes on each side.

      *We recommend using grape seed, canola, or peanut oil, for these have a higher smoking point.
